May 4, 2005 - General Barry McCaffrey, former director
of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy
and commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces Southern Command,
will be the keynote speaker at McGraw-Hill Construction's
Engineering News-Record's (ENR) 2005 Top Firm Leaders
Forum. McCaffrey is currently national security and terrorism
analyst for NBC News and chairman of HNTB Federal Services
Corp. which serves government sector clients with civil engineering,
security planning and military facility design.
