Landscape Design for Olympic Forest Park and Central Zone, Beijing

Includes developing Forest Park and the Central Zone into green ecological best. Meet the special demands of the Olympic Games. Meet multifunctional cultural demands in the long term by extending the concept and following the general layout of the overall planning of the Olympic Green.

Announcement on final design expected within 1-2 months. Construction is expected to begin by year-end.

Method of Contracting: GC to be competitively bid

Applications to prequalify for submission of landscape design schemes due to Beijing Municipal Planning Commission no later than Aug. 5 before 12:00 noon (one original and two copies).

Notes: Pre-qualification documents may be obtained until Aug. 1 from BOCOG Web site at www.beijing-olympic.org.cn.

Each applicant shall only participate in prequalification for submitting the landscape design schemes of this project singly or as a partner in a joint venture. All correspondence and documents related to the completition shall be written in Chinese and English. In the event of a discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
