TITLE: Design and Construction of the Mother Clara Hale Bus Depot, in the Borough of Manhattan
DESC: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting by NYCT, is seeking to retain the services of a contractor to Design & Build the Mother Clara Hale Bus Depot NYCT will provide 10 to 15% conceptual design documents.Selection will be accomplished with a 2-step Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
Proposers will be evaluated in accordance with Step 1 selection criteria for relevant experience, general responsibility including record of integrity & business ethics, requisite financial resources & safety record. In Step 2, the recommended proposers shall be asked to submit a detailed tech response, which shall be evaluated for Technical Proposal & Approach, as well as Other Matters, & Overall Project Cost.
