Architectural Services for the Development of Construction Documents and Construction Administration for the Athletic Field Complex Master Plan at Walton High School for the Walton County School District
The Walton County School District will receive and consider proposals for the development of Construction Documents and Construction Administration for the Athletic Field Master Plan for Walton High School.
All Architectural proposals should include a letter of intent, stating qualifications on Standard Form – 330 and limited to 10 pages. Applicants should list related design work with Educational related projects and any projects under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Education, Office of Educational Facilities (State Requirements for Educational Facilities) SREF code. Applicants shall provide the School District eight (8) copies of their proposals and mailed to the following address on or before 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 10 2009:

The Walton County School Board reserves the right to accept or reject proposals in whole or in part, and to award proposals in the manner the Board determines to be in its best interest.

A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in s. 287.017 for CATEGORY TWO for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
