Protech/Oxyplast Group Announces New Acquisitions

The Protech/Oxyplast Group of Montreal, Canada is pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement to purchase the powder coating business and all the assets of Enviro-Powder Company of Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Enviro-Powder Company is a well recognized name within the powder coatings industry and has been providing a quality product and excellent service to its clients for many years.  Protech fully expects to benefit from the excellent business relationships that Enviro-Powder has developed over the years with its customers.  Protech will integrate the Enviro-Powder manufacturing operations into its own organization.  Current customers of Enviro-Powder will continue to be able to obtain the products they are currently purchasing and as well, will now have access to Protech’s worldwide network of products and technology

The Protech/Oxyplast Group has also reached an agreement to purchase the powder coatings business of Atomized Powder Coatings LLC of Terre Haute, Indiana.  Protech will integrate the Atomized manufacturing operations into its own organization.  Current customers of Atomized Powder Coating will continue to be able to obtain the products they are presently purchasing and as well, will now have access to Protech’s worldwide network of products and technology.
