If you are a building product manufacturer, trade association, or other building product-related company that has industry news to share, send us a brief note describing the news. Please send only low-res images or a link to high-res images and include the text as both an attachment and in the body of the e-mail. For regular mailed releases, include a glossy color photo or CD or USB flash drive with high-res images with a labeled color printout.

Product Specs
If you are a manufacturer, the editors at SNAP welcome the submission of press releases and images of your new building products for consideration.  

We recommend that you review our editorial calendar to determine if there is an upcoming product section that would be a good fit, but please feel free to send material as soon as it is ready to be introduced. If possible, product submissions should be sent three months prior to introduction to the market. Priority is given to previously unpublished products. We accept press releases via e-mail and regular mail. For e-mailed releases, please send only low-res images or a link to high-res images and include the text as both an attachment and in the body of the e-mail. For regular mailed releases, include a glossy color photo or CD or USB flash drive with high-res images with a labeled color printout of the product(s). Please include a short release (no longer than a page) describing the product’s characteristics and advantages. Please make it clear on the press release where and to whose attention reader service inquiries should be directed. We ask publicists who wish to follow up on the status of their materials to do so via e-mail and not by phone.

Architect Spotlights
If you are an architect and would like to appear in our “Architect Spotlight” section, please send a short bio and your complete contact information (we will not publish any contact info). We will be in touch if you have been selected to appear.

Events & Competitions
If you are promoting a building product-related event, tradeshow, or design competition, please send us all of the details including a Web site, phone number, or email address for readers to get more information.
