The Document Sync Process - PDM offers simple yet sophisticated document transfers for distributing project information. The Document Sync feature allows PDM users to transfer project documents including plans, specs, addendums, and submittals with a single click of the mouse.  This seamless process provides all members of the project with organized up to date information.

All PDM systems as well as the McGraw Hill Dodge Network have the ability to share project information using the new PDM Doc ument Sync process.  PDM Planroom, Pro, and Enterprise users that have the proper permissions will be able to directly transfer information from one PDM system to another. McGraw Hill Dodge customers will also be able to sync project information directly from the Dodge Network to their PDM system.

Because the Document Sync process transfers documents exactly how they are organized in the main project, Document Syncing improves unorganized downloads, CD distribution, FTP site, and email processes.
