Renee Worme is the Sustainability Manager at Gerding/Edlen Development Company (GED) and a LEEDTM 2.0 Accredited Professional. Her responsibilities at GED include overall LEEDTM budgeting and certification management, including detailed energy analysis and commissioning coordination; new material and technological research; securing financial incentives, and general green building advocacy. Renee is often a spokesperson for GED's environmental initiatives and a respected member of the environmental community. With over 25 LEEDTM registered or certified projects in Portland, Los Angeles, and Seattle/Bellevue, GED has become a leader in promoting environmentally-responsible design and construction. Renee is active in all of these markets. GED is a Founding member of the Oregon Natural Step Network and a member of the USGBC.

Ms. Worme graduated magna cum laude in 1991 from the American University in Paris with a BA in International Relations.
