Bassem Hamdy is Vice President, Solutions for CMiC in Toronto, Ontario. He develops and synchronizes the solution and product initiatives for CMiC’s innovative software and analyzes industry trends and issues to anticipate customer demands.

Bassem has almost 10 years experience at CMiC. He has presented at the World of Concrete on the topic of workflow and construction, on techniques for mobility at the Collaborative Technologies Conference, on jobsite mobile computing at the Association of General Contractors show and on improving productivity through systems at Ecobuild. He has also contributed articles on industry trends to ENR, CFMA Building Profits and Construction Executive. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Stephen Jones is Senior Director of Business Development for McGraw-Hill Construction. He leads the company’s initiatives in Building Information Modeling, Interoperability and Integrated Project Delivery. Steve has spoken on topics of technology for AEC at dozens of industry events around the world.

Before joining McGraw-Hill, Steve was Vice President of Primavera Systems, a leading software firm in the construction industry. Prior to that, Steve was a Principal and Board of Directors member with Burt Hill, one of the largest A/E firms in the US. Steve holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Johns Hopkins.
