By registering I hereby acknowledge that I agree to allow use of any photographs taken of me at the event to appear in McGraw-Hill Construction marketing materials, in print and digital formats., for advertising, publicity and promotional use. 

I acknowledge that my photograph may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my photograph appears.  Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image.

As a part of your registration, and our sponsorship agreements, we will provide your e-mail address to our sponsors so that they can keep you updated with their services and products.

If you'd like to change the e-mail address used to contact you, or opt-out entirely, simply contact us at amy_katz@mcgraw-hill.com upon registration and we will glady have your e-mail address removed from our sponsors' lists. This will not affect any communication between you and the McGraw-Hill Construction team.
