Cliff is responsible for the newsgathering operation of McGraw-Hill Construction/Dodge for the western half of the United States. He works in San Leandro, CA. located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cliff is a graduate in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has an MBA from American University in Washington D.C.

Burleigh Morton
Senior Director,
McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge Analytics, which is the group responsible for maintaining the company’s construction statistics, project life cycle, building stock, and related databases. In this position, he manages a group of over 40 people including: professional economists, database analysts, data quality control specialists, market researchers, project managers, and industry consultants. This group is responsible for updating, maintaining, forecasting, and delivering MHC Dodge services such as the Construction Market Forecasting Service, Dodge Construction Potential Bulletins, Market Area Construction Forecast Demand, Metropolitan Construction Insight, and SpecShare. Dodge Analytics performs custom research and value-added consulting services to building product manufacturers, AEC firms, unions, and other participants in the construction industry.
Burleigh joined the McGraw-Hill Companies in 1974 and has held positions at a number of different McGraw-Hill units including MHC Dodge, Data Resources Inc. (DRI) and Standard & Poor’s Compustat.
Burleigh holds a B.S. in Economics from Babson College. He is an active member of the Construction Market Research Council, an industry association whose mission is to promote the effective use of research relevant to those firms who provide building materials, products and related services to the construction industry. Burleigh resides in New Jersey with his wife Carol and their three children.
