Tour overview:

  • Alberici converted a 50 year old manufacturing facility on a brownfield site into a Class-A LEED® Platinum office building. 
  • Approximately 300 people tour this facility every month to learn about Alberici’s approach to energy conservation and environmental preservation.
  • The tour will include a brief presentation about pre-existing site and construction process as well as a walking tour of the building.
