For the fourth consecutive year, ENR and CURT are bringing together the nation's largest construction project owners with industry professionals to discuss the economy's climb out of the recession and strategies about how to gear up for growth in 2010 and beyond.
Owners and construction professionals are beginning to plan their post-recession strategies, looking toward what will happen when the industry starts humming again in the future. Lower costs for materials and labor have produced bargain prices for construction, and those with strong needs and money to spend are taking advantage of the great values. The ENR-CURT Construction Business Forum will explore how firms are putting the latest research about lean construction and enhanced productivity to work.
The event will also look at how construction has fared during the first year of the Obama administration, and how advanced technology is changing project management.
