Kevin Kendellen
Sr. Integrated Construction Coordinator
Mortenson Construction
As a Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator with Mortenson, Kevin Kendellen plays a critical role in the preconstruction, design, and construction phases of projects. Kevin leads and implements the Virtual Design and Construction process utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including Building Information Modeling. Kevin and his team work extensively with designers, subcontractors, and field workers to identify and resolve conflicts and challenges through virtual models before they ever have a chance to impact work flow in the field. From detecting system clashes, to coordinating architectural and construction documents, to guiding prefabrication and installation with subcontractors, Kevin’s proven skills and processes are helping redefine how construction services are coordinated and delivered throughout the country.
With close to a decade of industry experience, Kevin has managed the virtual construction process on a variety of projects where BIM tools and processes have had a tremendous impact on productivity, safety, and quality – all while nearly eliminating field coordination issues.
