  • Q.  Do I need a subscription to use the Dodge Project Center?
    A.  No subscription is needed to use the Dodge Project Center, but with an account you may save frequently used searches so finding your next job on the Dodge Project Center is faster and easier. To Register, click here.
  • Q.  What features are available if I subscribe?
    A.  A subscription to the Dodge Project Center is the best way to stay informed about Projects in your area. With a subscription, you can access up-to-date local project information quickly and easily for a fixed price each month. Additionally Project Tracking is exclusively available to subscribers.   • Q.  If I do not renew my subscription, will I be able to access my previously purchased Dodge Reports?
    A.  We recommend you download or print any information you wish to keep prior to cancelling your subscription. Once your renewal cancellation takes effect, you will no longer have access to previously viewed reports.
  • Q.  What happens to views that I don’t use at the end of each billing cycle?
    A.  Your unused views accumulate each month and remain available for the next 12 months. Unused views expire 12 months after they are purchased.
  • Q.  The Site has changed – What’s New?
    A.  Great new features have been included in the new Dodge Project Center. Here are just a few of the key benefits:

  • Q.  Can I restart my subscription after I cancel?
    A.   Yes! You may restart your subscription at any time. If you restart your subscription within 30 days of cancellation, access to all of your saved information and any accumulated views will be available. If more than 30 days lapse in your subscription, you will lose access to previously saved information and any accumulated views will expire. For more on Subscriptions, click here.
  • Q.  Why can’t I find the project I am looking for?
    A.  There may be a number of reasons why you can’t find the project you are looking for. Try the following to find your project:
    • Check to make sure the project is bidding stage: The Dodge Project Center only maintains projects that are bidding

    • Check the keywords and make sure the spelling is correct

    Check the Dodge Report number and make sure the number is entered as a 12 digit number with no hyphens used
  • Q.  I received an error when attempting to open either plans or specs – What do I do?
    A.  If you have a problem viewing or downloading documents from the Dodge Project Center, try the following to fix the problem:
    Is the document restricted?
    Once a project is no longer bidding, Dodge Project News Reports are available for a minimum of 30 days; while Plans, Specs and Addenda documents remain available to download for 180 days.

    Did you cancel or return the item? View the order details and check the item status
  • Q.  How often are plans, specs, and addenda updated?
    A.  The Dodge Project Center adds new projects and updates projects daily to provide you with the timely information you need. If you are interested in a service that updates more frequently than once per day, call 1-800-393-6343 or email us at esupport@construction.com to speak with a salesperson that will help you decide what service is right for you.
  • Q.  How do I view digital reports, plans, specs and addenda after purchase?
    A.   You can find your purchased documents in your Purchase History. From there, you can view or download digital items. You will need DodgeView to view plans and Adobe Acrobat Reader to view specs and addenda.
