Viewer Enhancements

• Browser based Viewer that allows the for basic drawing manipulation including Zoom, Pan, Scan, Flip, and Rotate. As before, Dodge View can be installed for more complex drawing operations like Take Off's and offline viewing.
• A Preference setting that provides the option to see only those projects with Plans. Subscribers to Full News & Plans and FPF News & Plans can now set their Preferences to see projects with Plans & Specs Only, in their search results.

• An "Update" indicator has been added to the specific section of the Dodge Report for fast identification
