Notes Indicator – When viewing search results, new Notes icons allow you to easily identify the companies or projects that include your private or shared notes. - Private Note Added - Shared (Public) Note Added - Both Private and Shared Note Added
Moving your mouse pointer over an icon will display a balloon with a date stamp and the last entered note. Double-clicking an icon will open the Notes page [previously named ‘Other’]. (Platinum Level)
Company Projects List in PDF format – When the List icon is clicked on the Company Details – Projects page, a new option was added to allow you to save an electronic version of the display. (Platinum/Plus Level)
New User Preferences Improvement - An Admin user can now select Public Saved Searches and Tracking Lists when establishing a custom startup template for new users. The link to New User Preferences appears on the Admin tab. Individual users will still be able to make their own modifications to the initial settings. (Platinum Level)
