Project Search Results

After performing a search, the search results are displayed. Each project in the grid shows the Project title, Bid Date, Project type, Action stage, Location, and Valuation. You may sort the results by any of these columns.

You can adjust the way your search results lists are displayed in your search results preference settings

You can also adjust the way your detailed search results are displayed and printed in your Project details display preference settings. > Click here to lean how to use these settings

Each item in the results may also display the following additional information at a glance: Dodge Report no., Publish date, Address, Zip, Designer, Owner, ITEM, Special conditions, etc.

From the search results table, you may perform a number of actions on the results set such as:

Sort and filter
Track and set alerts
Print items from the results set.
Send items to a spread sheet, or create a mail merge using Microsoft Office integration.
Create an Outlook appointment or task

For any of the items returned in the results set, you may view specific details for the project, View reports (see below) , Order hard and/or digital copies, Save project documents to your computer, Email reports, or, if you subscribe to PDM, Host a project to your plan room.

To View a Project from the Search results:

• Click the link containing the project title

or

• Select the checkbox next to the project and click the View button

or

• Select the Report link in the Details column.
