Downloading/Saving Project Information: Download Manager

If you wish to download or save files to your computer you can use the Save As button that appears on all search result and project detail pages. If you are downloading more than 125 files or more than 25 pdf files, you will need to run a batch (bulk) download. Click here to learn more about performing a batch download.

If the 'Save As' button is grayed out, the items are not available to download, either because they do not exist for the project, or they are not included in your license. The projects you select must be within your license, or have been purchased separately.

The first time you choose to save Network files, you will be prompted to install the Download Manager.
Click here for instructions on installing the Download Manager.

To Save Files to your Computer:

Note: If you wishto continue working on the Network while the download occurs, you need to open a new window by pressing Ctrl+N. You may then launch your download in one window, while continuing to work on the Network in the other window.

  1. Select the checkbox(es) next to the items you wish to save to your computer
  2. Click the 'Save As' button.
  3. Note: If you are viewing a Project Details page, just click the Save As button for the project you are viewing. To save Plans, Specification and Addenda, go to the Details tab and select which documents you wish to save, then click Save As.

The Save Documents Locally page will appear. If you do not see this window, make sure you have all popup blockers disabled and try again.
