Project Specifications
*** A Note on Construction Bidding Documents: Every effort is made to provide our customers with updated plans, specs and addenda. However, it is not always possible to provide additional bidding documents before the Bid Date. This service in no way obligates FW Dodge to provide additional or updated bidding documents released as addenda or otherwise or to post addenda before the bid date. We advise users to check with the plan source for updates or addenda on projects. Refunds can not be given due to lack of addenda or updates on bidding documents.
You can view a projects specifications by selecting the Specs tab
in the Dodge Report or by clicking the link in Details section of your search results. If either of these are grayed out, this means there are no Specs available yet for the project.
Once at the Spec Viewer, you can immediately access a specification document by clicking its spec number. Adobe Reader is required to view the Specification documents. Click here for the free Adobe download.
Any Spec description that contains a ** marker, indicates that your search term was found in that particular document.
The Spec Searching window has been simplified
- You can now search specs for any project that is either out for bids or has been published during the past month.
- This replaces the 7-day past the Bid Date rule (or 30 days past the published date for projects with No Set Date or Bidding ASAP). The rule change more than doubles the number of projects that can be retrieved in a spec search.
