Top Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
  • Do I have to use the Network to receive my data?
No. You will continue to receive your data delivery as expected. In addition, you now have the Network at your disposal.

Email Users: Remember, the email address from which your new service will be delivered will change to: MHC_Network@mcgraw-hill.com. Be sure to check with your IT department to see if you need to be set up to receive email from this new address to prevent the new service from being blocked.
  • Will my cost for data delivery increase with this new service?
No. Your rate will stay the same for the remainder of your contract year. The cost of your service may go up due to the annual rate increase process.

  • How do I search for a Dodge Report number in the Network using a Dodge Report number from my current Data?
The report number in the current DCR/EDR data is provided in the format of YY- NNNNNN-NN where:
    • YY = last 2 digits of the year
    • NNNNNN = six digit project number
    • NN = version number

The 2 year digit and the six digit project number together make up the report number. When the information is imported into Market Leader or Leadtime software, the space after the first dash is removed.

When looking for the project in the Network, the Dodge Report number must be entered as YY-NNNNNN, without the space after the first dash, and without the version number.

    Or
, it can be entered in the Network format of YYYY00NNNNNN, where the two digit year of YY is converted to a four digit year, followed by two zeros, then the six digit project number.
