The plan room administration area is available only to the administrative plan
room owner. The administrative plan room owner assigns plan room owner
permissions, customizes the plan room and notification templates, and manages the archive space. The
administration plan room owner is specified on the PDM Bidding contract.
To access the Administration features:
Click the Administration tab.
The following sub-tabs are
available:
- Permissions - grant permissions to other plan room owners to make changes to the private directory, construction codes, projects,
documents and bid packages, as well as the ability to run reports
- Customize - allows you to customize the look of your plan room
- Archive - manage your archive space by restoring or deleting archived projects
- Templates - customize your default notification templates
