The administrative plan room owner may grant permissions to other plan room owners to make changes to the private directory, construction codes, projects,
documents and bid packages, as well as the ability to run reports. Each owner may be permissioned for Directory, Codes, Projects, Documents, Bid Pkgs and/or Reports.

| Directory |
|
Users with this permission are able to make changes to the Private Directory. This includes copy contacts, add contacts, edit contacts, manage groups, import contacts, print contacts, and delete contacts. Owners without Manage Directory permission will be able to view the directory and send email to contacts. |

| Codes |
|
Users with this permission are able to manage the construction codes used in this plan room. This includes the initial setup of the construction divisions and classification codes, including import, add, edit, delete, disable, and assign to companies (from the Manage Construction Codes interface). Owner users without this permission will not be able to access the Construction Codes area of the BMS. |

| Projects |
|
Users with this permission are able to add new projects, copy projects, transfer projects from the Network, edit or delete projects, and send notifications to project participants. Owner users without this permission will still be able to view and print existing project details. |

| Documents |
|
Users with this permission may upload, scan (if scanning is enabled for this My Plan Room), delete files, and add, delete, rename categories and move files. Owner users without this permission may still view, downoad and order (hardcopy) files. |

| Bid Pkgs |
|
Users with this permission may add new bid packages, edit and delete bid packages, add and remove bid documents to/from bid packages, invite participants to bid and uninvited bidders, update bidder status, send notifications to bidders, and award a winning bidder. Owner users without this permission may preview existing bid packages, order hardcopy of bid documents for a bid package, and view messages from bidders, invitations to bid, qualifications, notifications, and faxes. |

| Reports |
|
Users with this permission are able to run BMS reports. If a user does not have the reports permission, they will not be able to access the reporting area of the BMS. |
To grant permissions:
- From the Administration tab, click the Permissions sub-tab.
A list of plan room owners is displayed.
- For each plan room owner, select the checkbox for the permissions you wish to grant.
- Click Save.
To remove plan room owner(s) from the Plan Room:
- Select the plan room owner(s) you wish to remove.
- Click the Remove button.
