This feature lets you decide which columns to display in your Private Directory and the order that you wish to display them. When you click the Customize button, the following screen appears:
Choose the data columns you wish to display by moving them into the Assigned Data Columns grid using the arrow ( > and < )buttons. Remove any data columns from the display by moving them into the Available Data Columns grid.
Use the Up and Down buttons to place the Assigned Data Columns in the order you wish to see displayed.
Click Save.
