Hosting Contacts from the Network

To Host a Contact from the Network

1. Select the Companies tab.
2. Search using any of the available search criteria.

For further information, see the Network Help pages regarding searching for companies .

3. Click the Contacts link in the details column of the company you wish to host contacts from.
4. Select the check box next to the contact(s) you wish to host in your provate directory.
5. Click the Host button.

When the contact appears in your private directory, an icon displays next to it to indicate that it has been transferred from the network. This means that you may use the Update function.

To Update a Hosted Contact

1. From your Private Directory, select the contact(s) you wish to update.

Note: An icon displays next to the contacts that have been transferred from the network. Only these contacts may be updated.

2. Right-click and select Update contact nformation from McGraw-Hill Construction.
