The next step in the Bid Package creation process is to assign Construction Codes.
To assign Construction Codes:
- Click the Construction Codes tab.
- To search for available codes, type your search term in the text box. You may use words in the description or the codes themelves.
- All codes that match your search criteria display in the Available list.
- You have the option to select all the displayed codes by clicking the Select All button.
- Click the > button to assign the selected codes to the bid package.
- To remove all the codes from the assigned list, click the << button.
- You may also assign codes individually. Select each code you wish to assign by pressing the [Ctrl] key while you click your mouse.
- Click the > button to assign the selected codes.
