When creating or editing a bid package, the general information tab is the first tab that opens.
Required fields on this tab are denoted by a red asterisk.*
When craeting a bid package, you must fill in the Bid Package Name, Bid Package Contact, Bid Package Description, and select a Date and Time that the bids must be received by.
Note: Your name is the default value for the Bid Package Contact.
If you select the Require Prequalification check box, you will be unable to invite bidders until they have been prequalified by the plan room owner.
