From the hosted projects list, select the project you wish to edit and click the Edit button. (Alternatively, you may also view the project, and click Edit on the Details tab.)
On the Edit Hosted Project page, there are four areas that may be edited:
- Project Information - contains the name and location of the project.
- Project Contact Information - contains contact information for the GC and the names, numbers and email addresses to be used to manage the project's notifications.
- Project Details - contains specifics about the project, including description, construction types, bid dates and times, and project start and end dates and times.
- Project Settings - project phase may be set here (Setup, Active, Inactive) and whether univnited bidders are allowed to bid.
Click Save when you have completed the Edit page.
If your hosted project has been transferred from the network, you may use the Update feature. This allows you to upload any files that have been added or amended since you transferred the project.
To Update Your Project

- From your Hosted Projects list, select the project(s) you wish to update.
Note: An icon displays next to the projects that have been transferred from the network. Only these projects may be updated.
- Click the Update button.

- Choose the files you wish to update. All selected projects will be updated with the same criteria.
- Click Continue.
