Project Documents

The Project Documents tab displays a list of the documents associated with the project organized in a folder structure.

To Upload Documents

To upload documents from your computer or network:

  1. On the folder tree, select the folder where you wish to add the documents and click the Upload button.



  2. From the Single tab:
  • Browse for up to five files
  • You may also type in a Display Name for each file
  • Click Upload All when you are ready to upload the files.

    -or-



    From the Multiple tab:

  • Click either Add Files or Add Folders.
  • Select the files or folders that you wish to upload and drag them into the file list window.
  • Click Upload.

To Download Documents

You may view or download a single document by clicking the View or Download button to the right of the document

To download one or more documents:

  1. Select the document(s) you wish to download.
  2. Click the Download button on the top button bar.
  3. You are prompted to open or save a zip file (batch.zip) containing all the selected documents. Click Save and choose where on your computer or network to save the file.
  4. Click Save.

To Order Documents

  1. Select the document(s) you wish to order.
  2. Click the Order button. The items are added to your shopping cart.
  3. From your shopping cart, you may Update your order or Check Out.

Note: You may navigate away from your shopping cart page and return to it at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart button (located on the upper-right portion of the screen).

The items will remain in your shopping cart until you Update your cart or Check Out.

To Have Documents Scanned

  1. Click the Scan button.
  2. Fill out the Scan Transmittal Form and click Print.
  3. Mail the form and the document(s) to be scanned to the address listed on the form.
  4. When the scan of your documents is completed they will appear in the project documents and you will be notified via your project Inbox in the project's Status tab.

To Perform On-Screen TakeOff

  1. Click the TakeOff button.
  2. Note: If On-Screen TakeOff is not installed on your computer a prompt will tell you so. Click OK to Download it.

  3. When On-Screen TakeOff opens, choose the document you wish to use to perfom TakeOff.
  4. For further information, refer to the help pages included with the On-Screen TakeOff application.

To Rename Documents

  1. Select the document(s) you wish to rename.
  2. Click the Rename button.



  3. Enter the New Name for each document you selected.
  4. Click Save.

To Remove Documents

  1. Select the document(s) you wish to remove.
  2. Click the Remove button.
