Verifying Your Information
- If this is your first time signing in, you will be asked to verify and publish your information. This is information that you provided during the registration process. You may amend any information, if you wish.
- At the bottom of the page, it is highly recommended that the Share my info on the PDM Global Contact Directory check box is selected. This allows your information to be published to the McGraw-Hill Construction Network directory, and insures that GCs have your correct contact data, including any updated information.
- Click continue.
You have been directed to the Plan Room for the project.
If you received your invitation via fax, you will first be directed to a page to enter the fax key from your fax invitation in order to gain access to the plan room.
You have the option to change your response at any time by using the My Response dropdown.
The Bid Package page contains three tabs:
Bid Package Details
This tab displays data about the bid package, such as the Name, Bid Due Date, Bid Response Due Date, Bid Contact Information, and Description, as well as the construction codes.
Bid Package Documents
This tab, which opens by default, is where you may view, download and order the project douments.
There is a folder structure that allows you to navigate through the various documents.
You may view or download a document, by clicking the appropriate button.
If you wish to order hardcopies of any documents, or download multiple documents to a zip file, you may do so by selecting the documents (use Ctrl+click to select multiple files) and then clicking Order Hardcopy and/or Download. Bid Package Scope of Work
The Bid Package Scope of Work tab displays a field to enter your bid amount. It also displays every construction code associated with the bid package to specify the scope status.

- Enter your Bid Amount
-
For each Construction Code, select whether it is within scope. If you are unsure, or need further information about a particular code, select the question mark (?)
- Click the Save button
When you click Save your bid is NOT submitted. However, it is logged and the GC may view it and respond to any inquiries you may have. You are still able to amend your Bid Amount or Scope Included Status.
Your official bid must be submitted via postal mail or fax.
