All Sales Representatives selling the PDM product are required to
be certified, certification entails successful completion of the training
modules & examination listed below. PDM Sales Certification is offered to
both McGraw-Hill Construction and reseller partner sales representatives.

Initial Marketing and Assessment
This training module is designed to train the sales representative
on the construction industry. Upon completion, a sales representative
will understand the construction workflow, project lifecycle and business
development best practices. The sale representative will be able to
provide an overview of PDM features and benefits, understand PDM opportunities
and how to best generate revenue through PDM sales and services.

Industry Processes and Personas
This training module is designed to train the sales representative
on the construction industry processes and workflow. Upon completion, a
sales representative will understand the industry processes for managing bids,
finding leads, managing submittals, managing construction documents, project
closeouts, managing issued documents, and the sub contractor experience. The
sales representative will be able to provide an overview of PDM persona
characteristics of the general contractor, architect, owner and sub contractor.

PDM Demonstration Skills
This training module is designed to train a sales support
representative on how to effectively demonstrate PDM for the persona of the
customer. Upon completion, a sales support representative will be able to
demonstrate in PDM how to manage bids, find leads, manage submittals, manage
construction documents, create project closeouts, manage issued documents, and
the sub contractor experience. The sales representative will be able to provide
an overview of PDM persona characteristics of the general contractor,
architect, owner and sub contractor and how they interact with PDM.
