The Service Certification Program is divided into the following
levels:

PDM Installation Preparation Exam
This training module is designed to train a service representative
what information and tools are available for PDM installations. Upon
completion, a service representative will understand how to initiate the PDM
implementation program, perform an IT assessment, conduct the proper customer
information gathering sessions, gather and prepare the contact import files and
coordinate all reprographics activities to support PDM.

PDM Installation Exam
This training module is designed to train a service representative
on how to install PDM applications. Upon completion, a service
representative will understand how to install a web server, install a database
server and install the PDM import server.

PDM Implementation - 1
This training module is designed to train a service representative
on how to configure the PDM Settings, configure and import PDM Lists, adding a
custom EULA, configure the Help Page, install custom notifications, install
custom reports, import and license internal users, import a subcontractor
database and add print locations and reprographics users.

PDM Implementation - 2
This training module is designed to train a service support representative on
how to effectively back up the PDM vault and databases, add custom graphics to
the PDM application, apply graphics to a subcontractor portal, add custom
graphics to a prequalification portal, add custom graphics to notifications,
define and create a security architecture, create project templates and folder
defaults, perform the pilot project rollout, assess the pilot project results
and how to go live with PDM.

Supporting Documentation for Installation and Implementation
Training documentation is available to provide reference material at your
fingertips during PDM installations. Documents include a handbook, server and
client installation guide, implementation guides and worksheets. In addition,
meeting agenda and checklists are provided to keep the information gathering
processed organized. These documents will help ensure a smooth implementation
of each customer's PDM application.
