SOLICITATION #81770 - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) is soliciting proposals for a Biogas Sales and Utilization Project.  PCRWRD generates approximately 1 million cubic feet of Biogas (municipal wastewater sludge digester gas) daily.  By issuance of this RFP, PCRWRD intends to enter into a third party Design, Build, Finance, Own, and Operate (DBFOO) agreement (Biogas Sales Contract) for beneficial utilization of the renewable biogas produced at the County’s Ina Road Wastewater Reclamation Facility (Ina Road WRF).  PCRWRD has identified a parcel of County-owned property adjacent to the Ina Road WRF that may be leased by the successful proposer for project use.
