Engineering News-Record Showcases the Construction Industry’s Best; Reveals Top 25 Newsmakers

McGraw-Hill Construction’s Engineering News-Record (ENR) has announced its Top 25 Newsmakers of 2010, a prestigious list of construction professionals who have made significant contributions to the industry and the public this past year.
