Click into to the sign-in page, select ‘Forgot Password’ then simply input the email address and click ‘Continue’. Upon doing so we will then send out an email with the password reset link. Click on the link (or copy/paste into the browser) to complete the password reset process. When creating a new password it’s important to note that it must be 8 characters minimum length (one upper, one lower, and one number). Can I turn on/off incoming emails from the Blue Book?
Yes. When you log into your account simply click on the ‘Preferences’ tab and go to the ‘Notifications’ section to turn on or off the three different types of incoming emails. Once you’ve made your updates be sure to click “save” at the bottom to finalize all changes.
Can I remove a user from our company’s active user list?
Removing an active user is handled for you by a member of your Customer Success team. Please contact us at 888-303-2243 or send an email to bbcustomersuccess@construction.com so we can help.
Can I see the names of specific companies who have clicked into my profile?
Yes. If you go into your ‘Network Insights’ page you will see a section labeled ‘Who’s Looking at Me.’ This is an active list of all the recent companies that have clicked on your profile to view your page.
What is the blue ITB icon that I see on certain projects?
The ITB icon (Invitation to Bid) represents projects from our general contractors who invite subcontractors to bid on their projects. If you have received a project with an ITB attached, you can choose to bid these projects directly through our network simply by clicking on the project and selecting ‘Submit Bid.’
Can I view projects outside my class & region inside BidScope?
Projects found inside BidScope are projects that match your listed regions and classifications. If you are interested in adding an additional region or class to access more projects, please contact your account manager.
How many projects can I add inside my ProView Portfolio?
There is no limit to the number of construction projects that can be added to your ProView Portfolio.
Why can’t I edit the ‘Contact Us’ section inside my ProView?
The “Contact Us” section of ProView holds all of your important company information such as your telephone number, address, and website. Because this information is found in multiple places inside The Blue Book Network, updates are made by your Customer Success team.
