The agency profiles provide a complete list of all projects tracked for the agency. In addition, the profile includes the agency’s location and URL links unique to the specific agency.
To search for agency profiles, follow these steps:
- Click the ‘Search’ tab at the top of the screen.
- Change the parameter to ‘Agency Profile’.
- Select the desired region.
- Click ‘Search’.
- Select the desired agency from the results.
Tip: To find the main county agency, type ‘county of’ in the keyword field.
Agency profiles provide a total list of projects tracked for the agency. If ‘Yes’ appears in the ‘Awarded’ column, hover the mouse over it to see who received the award. The section for Budgets / Capital Improvement Documents (CIPs) is also available.
The ‘LINKS’ section contains bookmarks used to locate agency projects. This section includes links to sites such as Public Purchase, BidSync, and Planet Bids.
In the ‘Advanced Search Options’, access the ‘Agency Options’ and check off ‘Check Agency Shared Websites by Keyword’ to find an agency using its own website.
Note: If an agency is too small to have a dedicated page in the system, it is typically placed in the county where it is located. A water treatment agency is one example.
