The Company search allows the location of any company working on a project within the subscription area, regardless of where that company’s home office is situated. Company Profiles enable the building of more powerful connections with the most influential firms. The system provides quality, volume, and depth on key players, derived from a significant editorial advantage, delivering actionable sales lead information whether the user is working directly with architects, speaking with owners, or dealing with contractors or subcontractors.
Access
- Click the ‘Companies’ tab on the top navigation menu.
- Two separate filter groupings are available for a company search visible on the left side of the page: ‘Company’ and ‘Working on Projects’
Company filters:
- Search Company Keywords: Supports searching company keywords based on the ‘Full Company Report’, ‘Company Name’, ‘Location’, ‘Contacts’, and ‘Phone Number.’
- Companies Near Me: This filter bases its search on a radius of up to 100 miles from the current location. It should be noted that if the system is connected to a VPN or similar server, the location is based on the server’s location, not the physical device location. Companies can also be located by entering a city name, which returns projects up to 100 miles from that city’s center.
- Firm Type/Role: Selects the type of company, such as Architect, General Contractor, or Sub-Contractors.
- Bidder Type: Allows for searching the type of company bidding on a project, including General Contractors or Sub-Contractors.
- Company Location: The location of the company being sought.
- Sales Region | Territory: This filter is available to customers that have created personalized sales regions for their company.
Note: Each ‘Company Type’ possesses its own specific subtypes.
Working on Projects
- These filters refer to the projects a company is associated with as a bidder or a contractor. Please refer to the Search Filters/Fields for definitions.
Company Search Results
- Each result displays Company Name, Phone, Fax, Address, City, County, State, #Projects, Total Project Value, and Company Tag(s) by default.
- Company search results can be displayed in a ‘Compact View’, ‘List’ view, ‘Map’ view, or ‘News’ view via, the view icons at the top of the page.
- Clicking on the ‘Company Name’ will open the ‘Company Report’
