Who sees my ‘Notes’?
When a ‘Note’ or ‘Reply’ is posted within Dodge, it is automatically visible to all users operating under the same company or organizational license.
In addition to standard visibility, users may receive email notifications based on the following criteria:
Favorited Items: A colleague receives an email notification when a Note is posted to a Project or Company they have marked as a Favorite.
Active Collaboration: A colleague receives an email notification of any subsequent Notes posted to a Project or Company on which they have previously contributed a Note.
How do I reply to a Note?
To reply to a note:
Click the ‘Reply to this note’ link at the bottom of the email notification.
This link redirects to the specific report within Dodge where the note was posted.
Enter the response in the provided text box and click the Reply button.
The system then sends the reply via email to the original poster and any other colleagues following that project. Direct replies to this notification email are not monitored and will not be posted to Dodge Pipeline.
