A project search is performed by utilizing the five main filters available in Dodge Pipeline to narrow down the results. These essential filters include: ‘Value’, ‘Location’, ‘Action Stage’, ‘Project Type’, and the most important filter for any search, Timeframe. The timeframe filter can consist of either the ‘Bid Date’ and/or the ‘Updated Date’.
Keep in mind, the more filters added to a search, the fewer results will be displayed.
Detailed descriptions of all project filters can be found here.

Search results within the Dodge Pipeline platform offer several display modes, each optimized for a specific task or analytical need:
Compact: This display mode provides a streamlined overview of essential project data, presented as concise blocks of information. It is optimized for quickly scanning key project points and allows the selection of multiple projects for mass actions.
List: Project details are displayed in a spreadsheet or tabular format. The data fields shown are customizable and correspond to the selected project template, making it ideal for detailed side-by-side comparison and sorting.
Map: Projects are visualized as pins on an interactive map. Users navigate by zooming into specific geographic areas and can access individual project details by selecting a pin.
Stats: This view delivers a statistical and analytical summary of all construction projects matching the active search or filter criteria. It is designed to provide a high-level, data-driven overview of market activity and trends within a targeted segment, prioritizing aggregated metrics over individual project details.
News: This display mode is used for accessing timely and relevant industry updates and news pertaining to the construction market. Information is typically grouped by date and kept for a six-month period, providing strategic context to the project data.
Bid Calendar: Projects scheduled to go out for bid are presented on a monthly calendar. The count displayed on a specific date indicates the total number of projects scheduled for bidding on that day.
