Segment Valuation offers tailored financial insights for Building Product Manufacturers (BPMs) and Contractors.
When enabled:
- Segment Values display in the Compact View and List View (if the Excel template includes Segment Value fields).
- System-created templates (Project List, Combo List) will automatically include Segment Value fields.
- The results can be sorted by the Segment Value field header.
- Segment value data is only available for projects updated in the last 3 years plus current year to date.

Segment Valuation provides a quick and accurate means of understanding the true relevance of each project opportunity. These values appear directly within project views and exports, enabling contractors and BPMs to rapidly determine which projects hold the greatest potential. This functionality reduces the time spent on irrelevant opportunities, allowing for a more focused approach to sales and business development.
Availability and Access
Segment Valuation is available as an optional add-on purchase. When enabled, the Segment Value column appears in the grid/table view, positioned to the right of the Total Project Value column.
Segment Coverage and Calculation
Segment Valuation is currently calculated exclusively for the “Project” report type and is not available for Permit or ITEM projects.
