Dodge Data & Analytics to Unveil New Research on Performance Management Best Practices at AGC

NEW YORK – February 26, 2018 – At the 99th Annual AGC Convention, Steve Jones, Dodge Data & Analytics’s Senior Director of Industry Insights Research, will lead a session on “Implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): A Strategic Approach.” The convention takes place February 25th-28th at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Presenting new Dodge research on over 20 project management processes, Jones will show that monitoring their frequency can positively impact project outcomes. Panelists from Gilbane Building Company, Hensel Phelps and Southland Industries will also describe their experiences with KPIs. The session will take place on Tuesday, February 27th, from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
