Building a Safety Culture

This report documents and explains the implications of builders investing in a safety culture. Its findings are that safety investments in the industry are paying off and that jobsite workers are increasingly recognized as playing a critical role in ensuring high safety performance. 

The study looks at companies with fewer than 100 employees, 100 to 499, and 500+ as well as specialty trade contractors.
