    Q.  How can I reset my password?
    A.    Go to planroom.construction.com and click on Reset Now. You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
    Q.  Where do I go to register for Dodge PlanRoom?
    A.    Go to https://www.construction.com/dodge/PlanRoom.asp and click the Sign up for FREE button.
    Q.  Do I need to use the same credentials for PlanRoom that I use for my other Dodge accounts?
    A.    Yes, please do that so you can sync between the Dodge Global Network or Dodge Pipeline.
    Q.  How does the PlanRoom subscription appear on my credit card?
    A.    Your PlanRoom subscription appears on credit cards as DD&A PlanRoom.
    Q.  When trying to login, I'm getting an invalid password message, how do I resolve this?
    A.    Reset your password by selecting the Reset Now link on the sign in page.
    Q.  When will my credit card be charged?

    A.  Charges are made monthly around the same day of purchase

    Q.  How do I know which level subscription I have?

    A.  If you are the administrator of your PlanRoom, click on the Administrator tab, My Subscription, Click the Upgrade now button. If you are not the administrator, you will need to contact them.

    Q.  How can I tell how many projects I have used?
    A.  In the upper right of the web page, you will see Projects Remaining counter.
    Q.  Can I switch the owner of my account?
    A.    Sure, contact Customer Care and provide the information to change the owner on your account.
    Q.  Does Dodge PlanRoom automatically update collaborators?
    A.     Dodge PlanRoom does not update projects dynamically. You must go back into your Dodge service, such as Dodge Global network or Pipeline, for the lasted versions. You will also have to sync the project again and share it with the collaborators again if they cannot do it themselves.
    Q.  How can I get my projects from my other Dodge products over to PlanRoom?
    A.    In the Dodge Global Network or Pipeline, select the project you want to move over to PlanRoom, then click the Sync with PlanRoom button (in green)
    Q.  How often are all my Dodge Global Network projects updated/refreshed in my PlanRoom?
    A.    There is no automatic refresh for projects in PlanRoom. We suggest utilizing the tracking feature of either the Dodge Global Network or Pipeline sites. If you see a project has been updated, select it, and then click the sync button to get it over to PlanRoom.
    Q.  Can you transfer a contact from one address book to another?
    A.    Users can transfer 1 or multiple contacts to Project Address Books or to Contact Address Books.
    Q.  What are some best practices around having more than one address book?
    A.    You may have the need to create address books by trade. This way if you use the same people for certain jobs, then you want to keep them all together so you don’t have to keep searching for them.
    Q.  What is the difference between a contact list and an address book?
    A.    A project address Book is tied to a Project while a Contact list (Contact Address Book) is not tied to a project.
    Q.  How can a collaborator be removed from a project?
    A.    You can remove a collaborator from a project but they will still be able to see the project if they have access to PlanRoom. What you are really doing is removing them from an address book.
    Q.  Can a contact be added to more than one project at a time?
    A.    In the Contacts tab, select the contacts (you can use Shift or Control on the keyboard to select multiple ones), then go to OTHER ACTIONS in the upper right and select Add Contacts to Project in the dropdown menu. Now you can select which projects to add those contacts.
