Tracking Projects & Tracking Alerts

If you wish to keep your eye on a particular project, you can track it in a folder for easy retrieval. Inversely, you can also use this feature to hide particular projects from your search results if you no longer wish to view them.

To Track a Project

To Track a project you will simply need to add the project to a new or existing Tracking Folder.
  1. If you are on the project search page or viewing a tracking list on the Folders tab, check the box(es) for the project(s) you wish to track.

  2. Select the desired project folder from the Track dropdown.

  3. Click the Track button.
The project is added to the folder and can now be accessed from the Folders tab.
A Tracked Folder Icon will be displayed next to the project in the search results along with the folder name. TrackedProject-icon
  4. Note: Click the Alert button to track the project AND create an email alert..

To Stop Tracking a Project

To Stop Tracking a project you will simply need to delete the project from the Tracking Folder.
  1. If you are on the projects search page, or viewing a tracking list on the Folders tab, check the box(es) for the project(s) you wish to delete.
  2. Select the desired folder from the Track dropdown.
  3. Click the Delete button.
The project is deleted from the folder.

Set Email Alerts on Your Tracked Projects (Tracking Alert)

When tracking a specific project you can have any updates or changes to that project emailed directly to you. To do this you must first set up a tracking folder.
