If you wish to keep your eye on a particular project, you can track it in a folder for easy retrieval. Inversely, you can also use this feature to hide particular projects from your search results if you no longer wish to view them.
To Track a project you will simply need to add the project to a new or existing Tracking Folder.
- If you are on the project search page or viewing a tracking list on the Folders tab, check the box(es) for the project(s) you wish to track.
- Select the desired project folder from the Track dropdown.
- Click the Track button.
The project is added to the folder and can now be accessed from the Folders tab.
A Tracked Folder Icon will be displayed next to the project in the search results along with the folder name.
Note: Click the Alert button to track the project AND create an email alert..
To Stop Tracking a project you will simply need to delete the project from the Tracking Folder.
- If you are on the projects search page, or viewing a tracking list on the Folders tab, check the box(es) for the project(s) you wish to delete.
- Select the desired folder from the Track dropdown.
- Click the Delete button.
The project is deleted from the folder.
When tracking a specific project you can have any updates or changes to that project emailed directly to you. To do this you must first set up a tracking folder.

- Create a new search or run a saved project search.
- Select the check box to the left of the project(s) you wish to track
- From the drop down list at the top of the search results grid, select an existing folder in which you want the tracked projects to reside or create a new one (described above).
- Click the Alert button.
Congratulations! You have created a tracked project and will now be alerted automatically via email when that project has been updated with any new information.
