for Dodge PlanRoom?
A. You can register for a future live training
session which is conducted via Webex. Click
Here and decide which date and time works best for you and register for
that session.
Q. I forgot my password.
Is there a way I can reset it?
A. Yes! On the Sign-In page, click the “Reset
Now” link next to “Forgot Your Password” and follow the simple prompts.
Q. I already have a login
for Dodge. Do I need another one for PlanRoom?
A. Good news! You can use your existing login
for PlanRoom. Just make sure that your PlanRoom administrator adds you using that
same email address.
Q. Is there a document size
limit for uploading?
A. The current size limit per document is 50MB.
There is no limit on the number of files that can be uploaded to a project.
Q. What files types can PlanRoom
open/upload?
A. PlanRoom will accept all popular document formats,
including DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, RTF,
TXT, RFA, RVT, and DWG.
Q. I have nothing but an
email address for a particular contact. Can I still add this person?
A. Yes, the email address is the only field that
is required to add a contact.
